OCTOBER 2007 — This field guide is intended to be used by FHI staff and partner organizations responsible for ensuring quality clinical services, both facility based (e.g., STI services) and non-facility based (e.g., home-based care services). It provides general information on how to organize, implement and follow up on Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) clinical facility and service assessments.
