The Barcelona YouthForce campaign in Barcelona succeeded in elevating youth concerns about HIV/AIDS as a priority for international leaders in HIV prevention. In his closing plenary speech, former U.S. President William Clinton named the YouthForce as "an example of what we have to have more of if citizens will take ownership of this fight."
